Pricing
Class and service prices are subject to change at the discretion of House of Shantisoma. Class, services and membership fees may occasionally increase each year due to the cost of living. It is our intention to keep our pricing reasonable.
House of Shantisoma currently only accepts PayPal or Bank Transfer as a means of payment. House of Shantisoma is not liable for any faults in bank transfers should payments not be made accordingly, the student / client is liable to follow up and correct the payment to House of Shantisoma. Please refer to the relevant Privacy Policy in regards to using PayPal / Square Reader / Eventbrite payment system.
Refunds / Transfers
All sales are final, no refunds are offered. All sessions have a 48-hour reschedule window in which the session can be rescheduled without charge. If cancelled, rescheduled or no-show within 48 hours from the session time, the full cost of the session will be forfeited.
Participation
It is the participates responsibly to seek professional medical advice to see if the offerings that they are undergoing by House of Shantisoma is suitable for them. House of Shantisoma takes no responsibility for any after effects from any offerings.
House of Shantisoma does not diagnose, we’re here to compliment western medical treatments.
House of Shantisoma reserves the right to refuse entry to a student for an offering, for the reason being, but not limited to, if any teachers of House of Shantisoma feel as though the student should seek professional medical advice first.
All new students/clients are required to sign the waiver form when attending any offering, House of Shantisoma reserves the right to refuse class participation should the waver remain unsigned.
Pre-payment is required before attending any of House of Shantisoma’s offerings.
AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY – Upon engagement in any of our offerings, the following terms are agreed to by the attendee (where ‘my’ or ‘I’ is stated, this refers to the attendee, you):
During my participation of all Yoga classes (current and future) conducted by House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley), I recognise that Yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician / GP prior to, and regarding my participation in any offerings by House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley). I represent and warrant that I am physically and mentally fit, and have no such medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any offerings.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any offerings by House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley), I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have (past, present or future) against the instructor or the owner or leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in offerings held by House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley).
I, my heirs, or legal representative of such forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley), any of its instructors, or the leaseholder or owner of the building for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley) reserves the rights for any group photos or video recording within its classes, for quality and advertising purposes on the website and another social media platform, and to provide recordings to students who are unable to attend live.
I am entitled to receive free Yoga & related tips e-newsletter from House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley) whenever published. I am aware I can unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time.
I am aware that the internet is not a secure environment. If I use the internet to send House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley) any information, including my email address, it is sent at my own risk.
I will keep House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley) updated on my personal information (health related conditions, change of contact information) by e-mailing House of Shantisoma (Tania Cowley).

At House of Shantisoma we are passionate about saving the planet, therefore all of our Registration Forms have been changed to online. House of Shantisoma is in no way responsible for the way information is stored via JotForm.
When paying by credit card / debit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay through the Square Reader secure payment device and through Eventbrite, although these devices are safe and secure, House of Shantisoma is in no way responsible for any additional bank fees you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between you and your bank. The terms and conditions of our third-party biller, Square Reader and Eventbrite, can be found here for Square Reader, and here for Eventbrite. By purchasing any class, service or product that House of Shantisoma offers via our Square Reader system and Eventbrite, you are deemed to have agreed to the Square Reader / Eventbrite Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you understand that House of Shantisoma excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the use of this website or any of the content provided on this website.
