If someone asked me 10 years ago what the most important thing in life is, my answer would not have been what it is today.
So, what is the most important thing in life?
To me, it’s connection. Connection with the Self, and connection with everything and everyone.
We have come to a day and age where we have lost the connection with ourselves and others. When we lose this connection, we lose authenticity. The way to live an authentic life, is to be connected with who you truly are. When we are authentic within ourselves, we are authentic within our relationships. This means being vulnerable, it means being open, honest, and surrendering to whatever you are faced with, so you can learn and evolve.
For almost 6 months this Retreat was our baby, we worked day and night putting everything together, scheduling, creating workshops, classes and delicious Ayurvedic meals. I am so proud of our team in collaboration with Experience Connection for the beautiful connection that we manifested, created and shared with a group of amazing Souls.
Over a weekend we delve deep into the Self. What started as strangers, ended in family. There was smiles, tears, love, and hugs. There was growth. When we organised this Retreat, our intention was to bring us back to connection in a world that has become so disconnected, to improve the relationships we have with ourselves and others. I am proud to say our intention was met. We are so proud of our students. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, for allowing and trusting us to guide you, for giving us more than you know. We are all students on this path. You are all amazing. You are all beautiful. You are all love.
Gratitude and love for all the blessings encountered over the weekend, holding sacred space for you all was magic.
My heart is full.
